FRUAD by Huiterr.com of listing a product on Shpock and then delivering something cheap as token

Hello everyone,

There is a product (Portable Work station for £19.98 + postage £4.99 - Total £24.98) on sale by Huiterr.com on Shpock with PayPal only payment option. They then deliver some thing completely different within 7-10 days - but the con is that the item delivered is COMPLETELY different from what was advertised and of value of £1.00 - £3.00.

The payments via PayPal goes to:

Seller information Lanshan District Yinglian Food Business Co., Ltd. Invoice ID: N202104082221556012 Purchase details product £19.98 Item numberLLQ011SII1 Postage : £4.99 Total: £24.97

Now As soon as I made the payment via PayPal, I realised that the payment has gone to   Lanshan District Yinglian Food Business Co., Ltd. - which was strange as it was a Food company and I was ordering furniture/wood product, I contacted PayPal and raised as ticket for "unauthorised transaction - Ref : PP-I-14453489. PayPal team closed it a few days later saying its unable to do anything.

I have done some investigations and Huiterr.com is a new site and looks like it was created specifically for this fraud. The Company Address in UK is also a clone of another company. I will report it to Company's house and also trading standards.

Not sure what to do next. Please help!!

Anyone facing the same issues with above company(s) and PayPal actively supporting fraudulent companies?

Many thanks,

Bose

I don't understand why so many people have raised this issue but PayPal are still letting this happen... I've opened my complaint, fingers crossed PayPal give me a refund but from what I've read, I won't hold my breath 😞

Me too but I waited for it to arrive and of course got something a lot cheaper. Reported it to PayPal and they refunded me quickly.

Same issue. Now the website that they were using to pull off this scam is no longer up. I guess they either didn't pay the bill, or it was shut down due to their fraud. I didnt even recieve an item, waiting to see if I will get my money back.

Sadly their site is still running but under a different domain name: mithur.com

I'll keep trying to crush these guys by reporting their Facebook ads.

They're also still offering me a £9 "refund" even after my payment got refunded due to them not verifying the PayPal account used to receive the payment. After 10 weeks. I'll continue to waste their time if it keeps them from organising their scam a little better.

I also ordered merchandise but was given a tracking number and it said delivered but when I went to the post office they said I was scammed. It was delivered but it wasn't my order it was someone else's altogether. I told them it was suppose to be a pallet but they said the package delivered was only five ounces. Paypal denied all three of my claims. I feel these scammers need to be recognized. I don't care about the money, I mean I do, but I don't plan on getting it back. Paypal should have at least realized I have never asked for anything since I have been with them. When I do make a complaint and report someone with a message from the post office with the tracking number, it isn't taken seriously.
