Fake UPS delivery Invoice-Elishops

I purchased a bicycle. I should have known the cheap price was too good to be true. $57.94. The seller from China uploaded a fake UPS delivery invoice. UPD tracking says it was left at a 'garage' at my address. I have no garage! I filed a claim with Paypal and was denied. I never received this item. What can I do? Scammed! Paypal isn't helping!

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment or that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page), via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

The address on the UPS tracking is correct. It is my home address. However, I do not have a 'garage'. The tracking says the package was left at the garage. The seller address which should be from China shows it originated from Coppell, Texas. I will try to contact UPS for a letter tomorrow. I hope this works. Thanks

Same here, I filed dispute with PayPal and they denied the claim. Tried to use ups info provided and stuck again. I’ve put so much time into this it’s costing more than the item I was trying to buy.
