I purchased an item from ebay and paid via Paypal. Later Ebay informed me that the listing was false and the sellers account had been accessed unauthorized. I filled out a case and it was denied due to unauthorized use of account. So now they just get to keep my money? That doesn't seem right. I thought that was exactly the kind of thing paypal safeguards against. Do I have any course of action?
