FedEx package shows that it was clearly signed by someone else and I did not receive the package

I ordered an item which costed over $750 on eBay and was shipped via FedEx International Priority. According to the tracking, there was no signature required, however the package was somehow signed for but I did not receive the package. The package shows that it was signed by "L. LAM" which is not me. It also shows the signature image which is definitely not my signature. I've attached the FedEx proof of delivery below. You can see that the signature looks to just be some random letters/numbers. Does anyone know if I have any recourse with eBay/PayPal or my credit card company on this since this was clearly not signed by me? I have contacted the seller and they can't really do anything about it because they are international. I will be calling FedEx to be filing a claim. Any help is greatly appreciated.
