Hi. I’ve purchased flights through PayPal on my debit card and I really need help on what to do to try and get the money back. I’m struggling to speak to someone about it and was wondering if anyone in here has had the same issue and what you have done. Your responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
  2. Click "Report a problem" 
  3. Click “I received an item that's significantly not as described” to try and start dialogue with merchant in the dispute phase (non-escalated). If a solution can't be agreed upon, escalate within 20 days for PayPal to step in and make a decision.
