I too was denied claim for same situation as others, for same reason (I will not return product to China).
I took the advice found else where in this forum and filed a complaint with the FTC. www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov.
The process is simple and easy to understand. PayPal was included in the complaint because I find them equally at fault in this fraud scheme.
I'm out 30 bucks but no sense in throwing good money after bad. At least I got some satisfaction taking this route. I hope the rest of you will too.
