How is it that sellers can provide fraudulent shipping information to paypal, and it is automatically accepted without question?
I purchased an item, received zero information regarding tracking or delivery. The item never turned up, nor was there ever any tracking or basic shipping details provided for the order.
I opened a ticket with the resolution center and it was resolved in the sellers favour without any information provided regarding the shipping, letalone deliver!
Is it this easy to bypass Paypals security protocol that the sender generates a freight charge, sends that to paypal and that is acceptable proof the item was actually delivered?
This is **bleep** that scammers are using paypal to get away with this kind of fraud! This is exactly the kind of behavior paypal is supposed to prevent. Now here we are with scammers using its own system against it to rip people off.
