I see a transaction on my account claiming that I subscribed to something via Epoch.com. It is fraudulent, but I cannot raise a dispute over this payment. The PayPal system just says I can’t for this sort of transaction. How do I get their attention?
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
