Fraudulent transactions

I had a notification on my phone for a $36.08 transaction to moonpay 1087. I had never heard of this so I opened the PayPal app to check it out. By the time I opened it, I had another to moonpay 1767. I started trying to unlink all of my cards from the account. By the end, I had a third one. They all show “pending” status”, but my balance my balance was wiped out(I only use PayPal for a few transactions usually). When I try to file a dispute on resolution center, it says that “ Unable to complete your request We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction.” Anybody know what to do or have similar experience?

You can't open a dispute on a pending transaction, if you have removed the 'funding sources' then hopefully the pending status will time out.

If and only if it completes then you can open a dispute.
