I feel furious and helpless trying to find out information regarding this order. No information since placing my order 30 days ago. What recourse do I have? I have tried to get a refund from Pay Pal however Pay Pal says they can not find my order that I placed using their platform for Gadgets Group, yet I am looking right at an invoice stating otherwise. How does this happen without criminal charges being filed against the merchant? I ordered the Comfy Calming Dog Bed and have yet to get any responses to my email. If their are any attorneys on this thread please reach out. I don't want anyone else to get away with this. I'm too hot.
I ordered the chainsaw and got a $1 hand saw. They're reply said there were options on the page, but where's the page? Can't find the link anywhere. I'm not getting a refund cos I missed the time line where I had to respond back by a certain time. So mad
I was ripped off by Gadgets Group but PayPal and the Facebook is not doing enough. I have purchased a surveillance camera for US 35.00, but they never send the product. It was advertised on the Facebook.
I too have had the exact same issue with Gadgets Group over a camera. i am amazed PayPal allow these fraudsters to operate on this platform. Selling products that are useless from start. Gadgets Group China 'AVOID'
