Hi. I am new to Paypal. Someone responded to a Craig's List ad that I ran and wants to pay me full price ($13,000) for an item they haven't seen. They would pay me through Paypal and then pick up the item. Is it possible that the Paypal funds would be no good? How long would I have to wait to ensure the funds were good? Thank you

If you were to actually receive the funds in your account.
For you to get seller protection with PayPal the item would have to be tracked, signed, and delivered to the PayPal confirmed address of the buyer.
Here are PayPal links with details.
