HELP! I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED ON SHPOCK - NOT GETTING ANY HELP...

Hello, hoping someone can help. I bought something from a seller on Shpock. He had 5-star reviews so I thought it was safe. I paid via paypal and was contacted later by Shpock saying that they have suspended the sellers account indefinitely.

I raised this through the resolution center with Paypal but think I may have described the incident incorrectly saying it was an unauthorised transaction. Fact is, I paid for an item through paypal and will not be receiving it.

Paypal just came back saying to me that it was an authorised transaction and I am unable to respond to the case saying that I actually have not received my items.

Can somebody please help me. It is £300 that I am out of pocket. I would be most appreciative.

You should have opened a dispute for non receipt of item, an unauthorised dispute is telling paypal your account was hacked and that transaction made without your consent, which it was not of course.

You can only open x1 dispute per transaction but you can contact customer services and explain you opened the wrong one by mistake and they may open a dispute for non receipt for you.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

If paypal wont able to help with this situation you can always ask for your bank to give your money back if you payed through with some app or through on site.The bank always able to give your money back if you describe the problem only they cant do anything if you do bank transfer because as they say its the same like you take cash from atm and give it to a stranger.They have a privacy protocol what they have to follow so even the police cant get those data from their system its very secured.
