Please don't let this seller cheat other Paypal customers as there are to many examples in the online community who have complained of fraud.

After 3 mths & numerous emails I received a $12 refund for a pot set that I paid $43 for & never received  This company is just a joke -keep clear  Isla j

Same. Order from their website -- pictures and description. Received something completely different. They tried to negotiate a partial refund. I've decided to cut my losses base on responses on this thread and accept a 50% refund from my original $76 purchase.

Who hurts the most are legitimate small etailers. Because of this experience, I'll be sticking to the likes of Amazon.com

I just got a full refund provided I return the empty tent bag they sent me. PayPal will then reimburse me for the return shipping.

That's what has happened with me the 2 golf balls I got instead golf games the parcel got picked up today and I have given PayPal the tracking number I now have to go back to PayPal to claim back my postage they give back up to £15 up to 5 times a year

They tried that with me as well and I said it is not acceptable this is fraud. I received a refund the next day.

Yes. This company is a scam and here’s how they did it to me: from pictures online I ordered a high end flip flop for $35.00. They came and they were not the brand as advertised but rather some cheap Poorly made not even close imitation- I asked for my money back and after a few machinations they agreed to give me 30% back because and keep the shoes because it would cost &20 to return the shoes and they didn’t leave a return address!!!!

I hope you didn’t accept the 30%, you should escalate to a complaint via PayPal.

Ripped me off also and Paypal sucks now I don't think they can get money back from these Chinese rippoff company so they've denied the case

Complete scam of a company. Flagrant disrespect for humanity. I can only hope they are completely cheating all of us in order to feed starving children. Somehow, I doubt it, but I'm going to hope for that. Lost $80 the same way as everyone else in this thread.

PayPal seems to not care at all. The case should have been completely obvious. Really shocked PayPal allows this to happen over and over again. Serious strike against them for condoning this behavior.
