HUGE SCAM LOOPHOLE!!!!!!!!

Proof of delivery is an online documentation from a shipping company that includes:

• The item's status as delivered.
• The date the item was delivered.
• The recipient's address, showing at least the city and state, or city and country, or zip/postal code (or international equivalent). The address information on your shipping receipt must match the address on the Transaction Details page.

This is their policy for proof of delivery. I was recently scammed by a company using this loophole as a cover. There is no proof of delivery and no way to prove they didn't deliver.  PayPal isn't helping and if you google the company you see they are scammers and PayPal doesn't care. Yokawa.

Another PAY PAL way for them to write your Dispute off. THEY now want you to go to the Federal govt. or Local Police/Sheriff's dept. and

file a complaint. send it to them in Writing on official letterhead, I contacted the office's they specified and was advised they DO NOT accept

complaint's of SCAM on internet sales they do not have the manpower or resources to follow up in today's covid world. 

Looks like PAYPAL has just found another way to assist the Chine's in their internet scamming.

Just had this happen to me and PayPal ruled in the sellers favor. The tracking label the seller provided show it was going to my address and was delivered. However when I checked with my Local USUS they said the actual package scan showed it going to a totally different address but it was the same zip code. The seller wins because they provided proof of delivery even though it was junk mail sent to another address for them to get the delivered status. Huge scam and PayPal is falling for it.

paypal has horrendous loopholes and customer service for fraud victims, both as sellers and buyers on the marketplace. Let's involve investigative journalists. I recommend people to boycott this platform and use Stripe and other alternatives
