Hi everyone,
I am from Australia and have to return a pair of shoes to Harrods.
They sent me two pieces in different colors, yes, two different colors designer shoes that cost me $1077.
I initiated the claim via Paypal and today Paypal asked us to return the items for the full return. That is fine until I check the return address as it looked suspicious.
Is that a correct address in the UK? Why Portugal? That 4465 is not a valid postcode of London neither.
What if I send using this address? They would never receive the package and I would not see my money back right?
I am worried that Harrods intentionally sent me a wrong address so I can never receive the refund.
Also, it was a clear fault of the seller but Paypal said that I need to pay for return shipping? How come?
Appreciate any feedback.
