Help! INFOSCORE FORDERUNGSMANAGEMENT GMBH message

Hi all,

Since the beginning of March, I have been receiving these type emails regarding a debt payment from Paypal that is now managed by this company. I have checked my Paypal account in case there was a missing payment or some kind of debt but could not see anything. I tried to call Paypal but I can only get German recordings or German-speaking agents which were not helpful at all. 

Any idea how to get more info regarding this stuff? Is it a real claim coming from Paypal?

hi.. i have automatic payments taken at the end of each month from eBay GmbH... i never authorised these either! PLUS I get charged loads with PayPal fees. Is this legal?
