I've never opened a dispute before i am looking for advice I ordered from a company and returned it, they haven't given me a refund but now they have emailed me on my own email asking me to close the dispute so they can refund me, I don't know if I should close this as I gave the company so many chances to give me my money back. Not sure how disputes work with paypal should i do the communication through paypal and get my refund that way?
