Please be careful purchasing ANYTHING from Huong <Removed>. I placed a $67 order with him/ her and I was given a tracking number. The item showed that it was delivered to me at my address, but it wasn’t. After I investigated I learned through UPS that that tracking number is for an Amazon product for a guy name Eric who lives on another street. After disputing this with eBay and the Seller NEVER responding to my messages, eBay discovered that my in information was correct because they verified it with UPS also. I was told by eBay rep that I would receive my refund. But NOW I’m being told by eBay that my refund and case has been denied because the seller said that he mailed it to me. The eBay rep even confirmed that it was a scam going on, but now I put out $67. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

If you opened an ebay dispute and you are sorting it via ebay then it has nothing to do with paypal.
