I recently made a payment to Hermes parcel delivery using PAYPAL> The money was taken on 11.09.19, the website stated that I would receive an email with a postage label, but I didn't. I have tried to speak to someone at Hermes but it's impossible. I have emailed them 6 times, without a response. I have now taken the parcel to my local post office and paid to have it sent that way, as the time was running out. How can I get a refund of the payment I made to them.

In general, if you did not receive the service that you bought, you can file a claim for an Item Not Received and we can help you receive a refund.

- Return Postage Fee - Order 2 Aug & receive on 8 Aug (Urgent Reply) in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- Dispute closed in seller's favour but item NOT received in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- Parcel picture left on doorstep, not recieved and PayPal or seller won't help in Disputes and Limitations Archives
