My account has been permanently limited and it still has my money in it. I did not authorize a lot of these transactions and reported them to PayPal. I am now wishing to contact a living person at paypal to remove this account limitation but can’t get in contact with them. Can someone give me a number that takes me somewhere besides a automated machine to speak with? Thank you

Phones are generally non operational at the moment due to covid.

But sometimes you may get lucky, if so it will show up as an option on here......

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
