I paid by paypal for 2 x orders from house of Fraser bef ore they went into administration. I returned these items last week for a refund but have now found out they have gone into administration. I am worried they will not honour refunds. We are talking £170 of clothes!! Will u be able to raise a paypal dispute if they don't refund me?? Worried. Thanks.

And the silent paypal response is Deafening. Try phonying them, yes phonYing because it sure is Phony help. After 20 minutes of automatic robotic questions you'll get an Advoider (sorry adviser) who'll put you on hold forever until your battery gives up. Landline next time.

Its disgusting how any financial institution can ignore this event.

HOF was a company trading and rushing to take money quick via discounted sales knowing full well that they couldn't meet their commitments, some people might think that's fraudulent.

I sent my 2 dresses back separately in plenty time both in Aug. 1 was returned 3 wks later saying warehouse refused and yesterday dress 2 arrived back Nov 23rd no explanation bag had been opened and revealed. No refund.
