How do I leave a review for PayPal?

PayPal denied my claim, customer service reopened it and still denied me without a legitimate reason. I purchased an item that was broken and I paid $50 to ship it back to get another one a few months later, just to have that one be broken on arrival. I am beyond frustrated with this platform and want to warn other people before they purchase any big ticket items that they think may be under financially protection but actually aren't, like in my case. PayPal DOES NOT always side with the customer. I'm now out $450 with a broken item and PayPal hasn't done anything. This platform is not a customer friendly service.
