How do I track an ACH withdrawal?

Some unknown charges popped up on my checking account two days ago that read this:

"ACH Withdrawal / PAYPAL PAYPALSI77 INST XFER 190204 INSTANT TRANSFER" followed by a transaction i.d.

I haven't made any paypal or ebay charges lately that I know of or that are on my accounts. How do I track these down?
