How do you provide "Receipt from Supplier" and "Proof of Fulfillment" if you sell a digital product?

Today my paypal account was limited. And I had to provide 4 things: Photo ID, Business Info, Proof of Fulfillment, and Purchase Receipt from supplier. I submitted the first two, but I'm confused on how to provide Purchase Receipt and Proof of Fulfillment for a digital product.
^For the purchase receipt, I do not have a supplier nor do I have any documents. I just sell digital applications online and sometimes do freelancing, so what do I put there?
^For the Proof of Fulfillment, I do not have any photos other than messages with some customers who liked the product, but I doubt that counts as a proof of fulfillment, plus I only had communicated directly with a small percentage of transactions. So should I just not submit a photo? And for the textbox part, is writing this enough?:
"We have an automatic delivery system for our product, when the user purchase the product, they will get to download the product on the website."
Also if you're wondering we don't email the download links either so there's no screenshots for that. Plus I don't even own the website that serves as a gateway for the payments and I don't have screenshots from them.
Someone please help, this is all very sudden and I would like to keep selling my digital products/services on paypal.

Where do you get the copies of the digital apps you sell? Or are you're the creator/developer of the app(s). If you source them from another entity then show a receipt or purchase order from this entity that sold them to you of what they charged you for them.
In terms of fulfillment, how do you show proof of delivery of these digital apps? Are the IP addresses and date and time of download recorded somewhere?
PayPal wants sellers to get real professional these days in how they sell online. Have to have documentation and be organized. If you do not have these documents though, write a letter for each document explaining why, pdf it and upload it to the case. PayPal just wants to know your business and why you are receiving payments for.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yes I do develop the applications I sell with java. So should I just not put anything in the Receipt from Supplier?
And for fulfillment no I do not track ip addresses nor any other information as that's part of our agreement with the user: we'll never collect info.
And "write a letter for each document explaining why, pdf it and upload it to the case." could you give me some examples for that?(I also do not know how the backend of the website works since I hired a freelancer)
So the best I can write is
"Hello Paypal,
We have an automatic delivery system that lets the user download the software once they purchased it.
" <- Will this be enough?
I'm a new seller and I'm not familiar with all the professional practices in business.
