How to get a PayPal Digital Gifts iTunes card code resent?

On June 25th, 2018 I ordered an iTunes gift card from PayPal digital gifts. On that same day I received a confirmation of payment email and my PayPal account was charged. Unfortunately I never received the code needed to redeem this card. I tried contacting PPDG to no avail, I searched the FAWs to only find a comment saying to contact customer service, the email address I found for them is not valid, and the phone number has left me on hold for 20 minutes, 50 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes (!) without a human ever answering the phone nor a message allowing me to leave a message.customer service. I also tried filing a dispute which, after 2 months of no response, ended with a message stating this purchase is not covered.

 

Sp in summary, I paid for a PayPal digital gift card, received the confirmation of payment email but never received the gift card code.

 

I AM AT MY WIT'S END. Does anyone know how to get PayPal Digital Gifts to resend a code never received? I know my email is valid as I received the payment confirmation and continue to receive multiple emails per week from PayPal.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue with an iTunes card purchase.  After 1.5 hours on the phone and no answer, I tried chat and since nothing matched this issue, I chose dispute chat.  That department could not help but stated this:
Thank you. For this concern, I recommend you to contact our Product and Site Support to have it checked. Here's how to contact Product and Site Support: 1. Click "Contact Us" 2. Click Business Solutions. 3. Click "Non-Profit and Donations" 4. Click "Chat with us" under "Contact us for this Issue" at the bottom of the page.

 

It makes no sense to me that gift card resolution should be found in Non-Profit and Donations, however that department was able to resolve my issue.  The resent the email that contains the card.  They had to change the email address to the primary one on my Paypal account and then it went through to me.
