I purchase a cassette deck and it did not work when received, I was Reimbursement through PayPal for the product but have not found any way to get Squaretrade to Reimbursement the monies I paid through PayPal for the warranty. PayPal has not helped me and I have tried several times to contact them and it is just a dam joke. Does anyone have a contact number for Square trade, or is it just like PayPal ?"
