How to report a fraudulent paypal account ?

Hello everyone, I got hacked into my facebook account recently, and I discovered that after posting a fraudulent link on my page (to sell clothes at low prices), the hacker had also linked his paypal account (lol). So here it is, I want to report this paypal account that participates in the fraud, but I don't know how to do it.

I searched but no way because it's neither on my paypal account, nor on a site in question, but it's an email address linked to a paypal account. A solution?

I need this answer to. A fake fb profile was trying to get me to send money via friends and family. I didn’t, of course. But there’s no “transaction” to dispute. But I need to report the PayPal account email that is doing this.
