So, on March 22nd in the middle of the night someone upgraded my Hulu account to live tv and I was charged $50. When I woke up and saw the charge I immediately called Hulu. After asking me some questions Hulu agrees it looks like suspicious/unauthorized activity and tell me I have to contact Paypal and file for a refund that they agree I should get. So I file a dispute online because I can't get anyone on the phone because of covid-19. I include the chat log of my conversation with Hulu. Paypal has just denied the claim with what looks like a form letter, saying only that the payment was "processed correctly". I can appeal with additional information but all Hulu said was in the chat log I already sent. I only have 10 days to appeal and no one is answering calls at Paypal still. I don't know what to do.
