ayPal Good day I tried to contact you and log calls through resolution centre. After receiving the email even when my status said we are reviewing your info. It's been long with no resolution, tried sending emails to complaint paypal email also I received respond to log in and go to resolution centre. I also went to the community forum, even the chats online on paypal account but it said there's no one to chat with currently, I should try later. I hope this will truly reach someone at paypal who care to assist. However I received email to notify me that they will close my cases by the 18 of Jan 2021 if I don't escalate but I did waiting for paypal to assist but I did report it at the resolution center..I truly don't know what to do, if my cases will automatically closes without a resolution since the 18 is tomorrow 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😥 😢 having ordered with lot of money trusting paypal so much and with other people's monies and money I don't have 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭everything I ordered since November I haven't received. I tried even contacting those companies some even request me to cancel the complaint because it's damaging their reputation which I truly sympathize however they are not delivering and sticking to their promises, some are just quiet no response, some keep on promising. I waited so long every day I keep asking my family if there was a delivery that I missed by any chance. However am forever home 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 Am heartbroken. I appeal to PayPal to request my refund this is truly uncalled for. I bought using paypal hoping for customer protection. I reported this matter. I am not getting helped, please attend to my case. I paid lot of money and some money I was send by friends, cousin and sisters. Its Covid and most lost their jobs and think I scammed them please refund me please find the company they work through you. Assist.
