I've been using paypal since 2009 and they banned me for no reason!

 

Somewhere at 2009-2012 they named me "AAAA CCCC" for some reason, I simply ignored it since I wanted to only buy stuff and didn't care what they name me and it worked for years, buying on udemy, steam, ebay!.
Two months ago I tried to change the name to my real name since I wanted to receive payments, I sent my id, passport, anything they wanted! and then they simply banned me for some reason, their customer service has no idea why, and they just told me this is the situation.
What the f*ck???? why would you ban people for no actual reason?

And I've been a customer for 10 years! doesn't that mean anything to them

If you have a fake name on your legal financial paypal then its not allowed.

Equally you can send in every document that you have but unless the name on that document proves the name on your paypal account is yours then it won't make any difference.

If your passport is not AAAACCCC then sending it in won't prove that its you and so your account would be permanently limited as it doesn't belong to you it belongs to someone with a legal name of AAAACCCC.
