IC3 Form

Hi, I currently have an open dispute as a seller.

I sold an embroidery machine through paypal which the buyer received. She said it wasn't working properly (sent a few photos of her using it) and wanted to return it for a refund. After trying to help her with it I gave in and asked her to send it back and I would refund her.

When I got the item back it was badly damaged, but Paypal had already sent the refund.

I opened a counter case againsty the refund and was asked by paypal to get a damage report from a third party.

I took the machine to a local sopecialist, got a damage report and uploaded this to paypal.

Paypal now are asking for an IC3 form and I have no idea what this is and how to get one.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Sam

I’m in need of asking for a refund and I’ve been directed to the ic3.gov website. Best bet is to call PayPal’s customer service and speak to an agent. Good luck

Google IC3 and it will take you to the site and it will explain it and there you can click on form to fill out.  I will tell  you right now, that these complaints just really go on file, they compile these complaints and if they have enough complaints for 1 company, then they start to check into it.  Unless it involves big bucks I doubt anything will happen.  I just did one, because Paypal denied my case because they claim I didn't sent them the info they needed and they told me to file with the IC3, then go to a certain paypal email, which they won't let me list here.  Which I did a week ago, but haven't heard anything back.  I posed that question a week ago.  Good Luck
