Hello It says I need to confirm my identity to transfer my money. I sent in a W-2 like it says and it came back and said it could not identify. Now it gives me no option to send anything else? What can I do ? I need access to my money. I have a drivers license to send but no option anywhere to send it.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
