Is their an Ombudsman in the UK that deals with Complaints about Paypal?

Does anyone know how to contact the ombudsman in the UK as PayPal have absolutely no interest in looking at the fact that they've dealt with my dispute incorrectly. They denied my claim because 'i didn't provide a tracking number' Yet, the tracking number sits in my dispute notes in the resolution centre AND i received an email from them confirming receipt of it. Customer Services have absoulutely no interest in it, they have actually looked at what i've told them and they just keep firing me pre-scripted messages.

I'm not too sure of an Ombudsman in the UK, but I can point you in the right direction. I'm sorry to hear your dispute didn't go as planned. I would recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support via phone, on Facebook instant message, or Twitter direct message to assist with an appeal. If the dispute was an Item not Received dispute and you provided what was needed (ie, Proof of Delivery and / or Signature Confirmation), then you have a great basis for an appeal on the case's decision.
