I placed 2 ordered for 2 tracksuits same price just different sizes. They sent them out in 4 parcels. 3 turn up a week later one missing. I chase for weeks I file a dispute with PayPal as hermes say they never got parcel and jd email to chase chase hermes we sent it. 8 weeks later and I am down 125 for one tracksuit, they sent one refund for one order even though they confirmed 2 parcels had been recieved back which were 3 items a full tracksuit and one item with missing bottoms!! I have all the proof I've followed all instruction filed missing item dispute with jd also and weeks later nothing. Shouldn't PayPal Pay me as this isn't an issue that is my fualt why should I be out of pocket!!!

If you filed a dispute for non receipt of item then the seller would win if they could provide trackable proof of delivery.

If you filed a dispute for item received but not as described ie missing quantity then if the seller did not sort out a settlement with you in the dispute phase then if you win once escalated to a claim paypal would tell you to return everything you received back to the seller for a full refund as paypal do not get involved with part refunds or part returns etc that is for you to sort out in the dispute phase.

Hi, yes I made mistake saying item not as described. At first i raised one dispute as I wasn't going to return I was going to keep the size small. Then same day I decided I wanted to raised another dispute to get back other tracksuit at that point i returned all 3 items which they have advised they have recieved. So they haven't even given refund of one item they have back let alone the missing one. How do I change the dispute as was mistake calling it item not as described 🙈
