Justfashionnow terrible experience

Facts:  Merchandise is not same as in pictures.   I suspect they have sweatshop sew clothes to order and emulate as best they can (but it is a ridiculous attempt)   Refund for UNSENT merchandise never came as promised by Justfashionnow.    I filed dispute but then they still would not refund for unsent merchandise.   They insisted I return the delivered merchandise  too.   Which I agreed to do because it was garbage (I had missed my 15 day window to return originally).  But here is the rub:   It has to be returned to CHINA, for an exorbitant fee.  PAYPAL informed me that they keep an eye on companies and ban them if they are bad players.   So, here is my question:  BASED ON ALL THE FEEDBACK PAYPAL HAS ON THEIR SITE ABOUT THE COMPANY, AND THE FEEDBACK ON THE INTERNET <removed>, WHY IS PAYPAL STILL SUPPORTING THIS COMPANY AS THEY RELENTLESSLY AND METHODICALLY RIP PEOPLE OFF?   WHY?

I sent emails every day and for a week copied and pasted the same email multiple times. I ordered something in September 2019. I did not receive my merchandise nor did i hear from them until late November. They are affiliated with other companies just using other names. You are correct in saying the merchandise does not look or have the quality advertised. Im very lerry about ordering on line through Facebook again. Hope you get your money back. I finally did.

I am having exactly the same issues - all the items which have arrived do not look anything like the images on their site and are made with cheap fabrics which are really badly made. It is a rip off. How did you get a full refund? I have escalated my case to PayPal resolution centre. If they do not get my refund I will close my PayPal account immediately. They should not be allowing customers to spend with this company - PayPal and Facebook are both guilty partners in this. They need to sort this. Customer banking trust is being damaged here.

Hi Jane, I eventually did get my refund from PP, but it required patience, perseverance, and not accepting their faulty and premature denials. My situation was complicated due to the outbreak in China at about the time I was returning my items (which was unexpectedly expensive I might add), and my package got held up in customs because mail stopped moving (another clue just how dire China situation was before it hit the media). But then, after another inexplicable "automatic system denial" by PP, I called to defend my claim and they issued payment immediately citing that they had not received reply from seller. My advice is don't give up and do keep and be able to provide a record of everything. PP is not doing an upstanding job of sifting out unscrupulous sellers, despite their assurances. And this was a MAJOR hassle of time and frustration to resolve. But hopefully over time they will take action and ban the baddies. Hope yours works out.

Thank you so much. I spent £74 with them. I have done a lot more research today. It is appalling that Facebook and PayPal continue to deal with them. It is clear what they are doing. They copy legit photos and photoshop them, then post the images of genuine, quality goods, get you to order, then get factories in China to make copy cat items, trying to replicate the photos but using cheap shoddy, nylon materials. It is a total scam. And well documented. They trade under many different names. Basically any of those clothing ads which pop up on Facebook, the majority are with the same group. I will pursue through PayPal. I have also contacted BBC Watchdog. People in lock down due to Covid-19 are shopping on line like me and companies like this are being endorsed by Facebook.
