Someone hacked my PayPal and bought some things from kinguin (68 eur). It was virtual stuff that I didn't get, probably the hacker got. I wrote to PayPal and they gave me my money back. But now they are writing to me in my email to give them that money back or they will take legal steps in this case. What I shall do? Why they can't just write it to PayPal and solve it?
