LL BEAN SCAM I notified Paypal within minutes & was told payment would be held

Hi folks, 

Yesterday I was scammed, via a fake LL Bean sale scam. I immediately tried to contact the vendor, to discover it was a fake scenario. I contacted Paypal and the rep. said they stopped the payment. Last night the payment went through to the scammer, so I opened up a 2nd case (there was no record of the phone call case) and they declined it.  I can't reach Paypal, have been on hold for an hour on phone and no help.    

The funds came from my Paypal cash account.  I notified Paypal, via phone yesterday of the scam with in minutes. Now the scammer sent a fake USPS number. 

How can I get help?  I can't afford to lose the funds.

Do you remember what the name of the charge was? How was it listed on your statement?

I reported this in October. It's February, and I have lost count of the times I have called and talked to people. On the phone for hours today. No resolution. PayPal has lost my business.
