Last resort for a Refund

The Forum seems to be the last resort, for anyone to listen.....TERRIBLE
Some unknown company takes 70 Euros from my account, without any form of product description - Transaction ID: 5FM09586RS993882P - I raise a dispute. Which gets canceled by PP , with no further details and gets the status resolved.

Now the company which should be delivering the service CyberLink (Neway AG is only their payment gateway).

Cyberlink is not providing me my Product Key.

 

Status:
- Payment made
- Product not received

 

PP please look into this case.
I demand a refund.

 

PayPal please take action against such unlawful transactions.
