Lifting Limits?

Long story: I have two paypal accounts. One is from the US and one if from the UK. This is because I originally lived in the US but just moved to the UK to be with my spouse. While living here, in the UK, I wanted to take classes and get certification for a job I wanted to do. Since the majority of my money is in my US account, I wanted to send the lump sum to myself (obviously over the limit) so I can pay for said classes. It made my UK account limited. I verified myself and waited until I was approved and again, tried to send the lump sum to myself only to have my account limited. Again.
Is there any other way I can lift the limits? I found a 'help' page that said to go to account overview and lift it from there, but I think that was before paypal updated itself.
TL;DR: My UK account keeps getting limited and after I verify myself and try to get money sent to the UK account, it just hits the limit again and I have to wait to be re-verified. What can I do to stop this? I need a certain amount of money by Friday to pay for school.
Thanks!
