Hi, Paypal limited my account because I apparently joined when I was under 18 (for reference, I am now 34).
I bought a couple of things last week from clothing websites using paypal, and I returned some of them. I have not yet received the refunds. Will I still be able to receive a refund for an existing transaction when my account is limited? It's not mentioned on the big list they give you.
