I regret I didn't come to this community before entering into a transaction on 17 April, 2020 with Lingc.Youp Ludozo.com. But I trusted PAYPAL, and allowed my debit card for the amount of $19.98 or £16.61 that was debited. Since then, no correspondence and no contact with the suppliers. I tried searching for their telephone or email address to no avail. From the PayPal community board I could see that Lingc.Youp Ludozo.com are professional scammers. Could you please assist in retrieving my hard-earned funds?

I also ordered from them on April 20, 2020. I have emailed for updates with no response. Today I try to click on their help link and it states the link no longer works. I don’t know how FaceBook can continue to let their ads run. Such scammers

Get refund from PayPal just keep on at them, read through some of this thread and take the advice after reading PayPal’s own policies on assurance of your money and safety

I don’t see why PayPal is ruling with these fraud scammers! I am all new to the buying off internet world and never thought to research before I made a purchase and like the community is saying how are they able to keep the listing add on Facebook when there scamming the community and PayPal denied all our claims towards these crooks make me think PayPal has turned to a scammer business now favoring the scum in stead of there customers!
