Hi guys. I've been involved into a nasty situation where I've been charged in automatically for the annual subscription for LinkedIn profile at 1000 euro cost. I tried the free trial and never agreed on getting the annual subscription, yet I've been deducted this amount today. It's there anything I can do to get my money back? I find this outrageous. Many thanks really looking forward to some positive answers cause I really need my money back.

Hey @valentinstefan,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble regarding the subscription, I can understand how that would be frustrating. If a billing agreement wasn't cancelled before the next charge was deducted, it would be a valid charge through our system. The best option at this point would be to reach out to LinkedIn to see what options they have to refund the payment. Hopefully they're willing to work with you regarding the charge. Please ensure you cancel the billing agreement to prevent future charges for their services.
