I have been offered 1/3 of what I paid to the MEWE Gallery Co. I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT!!! I WANT TO SEND IT BACK FOR A FULL REFUND!!

Follow-up on my initial post. The items I ordered were finally delivered almost two months after the order date. The website I ordered from, which was established on 12/3/2020 (just prior to Christmas) no longer exists at the time of this writing (1/27/2021). When I placed the order, there were several customer reviews on the site saying things like "fast shipping" which led me to believe my order would be delivered in time for Christmas. Obviously this turned out not to be true and the customer reviews were fake just like the website. This was a frustrating and horrible purchasing experience for me. These were gifts for friends of mine who surprisingly said the items were beautiful (unlike other complaints in this forum), which is the only positive thing I can say about this transaction, although I have not seen these items firsthand. My recommendation is to stay away from MEWE GALLERY CO and any other name they go by. A reputable company would treat their customers this way and PayPal should terminate their business relationship.

OMG, I'm going through the same issue. They've agreed to the full refund but expect us to pay for shipping. It's completely the wrong size. Why should we have to pay for shipping to return it. What a shady company. Has anyone returning their produce yet?

NO resolution. I now post "DO NOT USE PAYPAL" on every item I see for sale on FaceBook. The reason too long to type but I think it'll make people think twice before using them. I hold PayPal fully responsible. AND they closed the account before the 180 days was up. I will NEVER use PayPal again and it's funny but since I've been posting "DO NO USE PAYPAL" the foreign ads have diminished.

I agree with you in that PayPal is somewhat responsible. I mean it sounds like this has happened multiple times with this company and PayPal is aware of it. I've sent a message to PayPal asking if they'll reimburse me for the return shipping. Sounds like they'll reimburse up to $30. I don't even know how much it would cost to ship back to Hong Kong. What a nightmare. Not only the wrong size did they send but the quality was so poor, just horrible.

I am having the same issue. I ordered what was supposed to be a comforter and after a month of waiting a sheet came with a blurred image. They said I could get a full refund but I need to ship it back. Shipping is going to cost more then what was paid for the item. Paypal is not being helpful at all.

YES, our bedspread or whatever you call is is blurry. It's bizarre. I'm with you, I'm worried about how much it'll cost to return. And they'll only give the refund WHEN they receive it. What if they don't receive it??!! Just today we did get a message they're willing to refund us $24.29 (what an odd number) - and that's with not returning it. (It's going in the trash, it's that ridiculous.) I told my husband we should probably just take it. I don't want to spend the money on shipping and they not get it. It's still just the though of it. I ordered a KING you sent me a QUEEN! And it's such horrible quality. Sorry everyone is going through this also.

That was the same amount they first offered us. I declined it and then they came back with the full refund when they receive it. No way. I am still pushing with paypal. If you paid through paypal with a debit or credit card. Try going through them too.
