I bought an item and PayPal confirmed purchase and gave receipt for transaction. However, I did not pay through PayPal. Merchandise was to be received within 8-10 days. It is now day 12. I have tried several ways to contact merchant, but to no avail. Also attempted to use PayPal resolution, but it is stating that there is no transaction. I feel as though I've been scammed through merchant.
