How can I get a reply to my messages ? Nobody replies after I sent several messages. What is the bloody point ??? Absolutely useless. Disputes are not much better.
I would allow at least a week for a reply at the moment, if everyone sends multiple messages it can end up with 3-4 agents each time dealing with the same persons issue thus delaying it for everyone else.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
