Milestone reached, Paypal locked and 3 weeks trying to get hold of Customer service

After reaching a milestone I was prompted to upload some files which I did. This was in November if I remember correctly. Since then my account has been locked. However it shows in the hub that everything is fine and I dont need to upload any more files.

I have spent 2 weeks trying to get hold of someone who will just have a look and let me know what is up. <removed> I have lost all the christmas trade and the only way I seem to get hold of any one is via facebook. But this is <removed> as every time I get some one they just pass the buck or do nothing. <removed>

PLEASE does someone out there have an email address for an actual human being at paypal?

Thanks for that but after 2 weeks of trying everything , including trying the help and resolution centre. I still do not have any joy.

P.S the paypal site will not let me send a message
