Be aware- PayPal is denying claims resulting from misdelivery of DHL international shipments. I submitted evidence of misdelivery directly to PayPal from DHL and DHL Tracking, but PayPal customer service did not 1) request any additional information, 2) check the online tracking for the package, nor 3) contact DHL directly. Your claim may be denied without evidence, so adjust your purchasing accordingly. They have also refused to make a seller provide waybill information on a shipment when seller guaranteed it would be forthcoming.

Spent 2 hours in chat que and never reveived any direct contact in response for days after doing so in spite of assurances by the PayPal system

Same thing happened to me. Its been almost 2 months. No product or refund, and the seller won't respond to my emails. Did you ever get ahold of someone?

No. I uploaded 8 photos and several pdfs of conversations and emails with seller and DHL in which seller agreed to provide waybill number and then ghosted me for over 2 weeks. I also provided a direct contact person with email and phone number at DHL. No one from paypal has contacted me for about 2 months

I'm sorry this has happened to you as well. Am hearing this is a huge problem on social media. Asking all of my US buyers and sellers to use another medium for security and safety of their transactions.

I've alerted all my fellow sellers and buyers on social media and they've informed me they have had the same experiences after years of quality customer service. I will continue to do so over the next few weeks.
Their experiences have been that they are not receiving the products ordered and paid for, nor any refunds, IF anything is even attempted to be delivered. PayPal is not working with US customers or clients right now but honoring only foreign claims, even if fraudulent. There apparently is no US based customer service now.
