My account has been limited and I don't have the info it's asking for

To keep it short and sweet, I create spoken word content, and I use my PayPal via Ko-fi to receive both tips, and payment for commissions (script writing, poetry readings, etc). Upon receiving my first tip, amounting to a total of $6, PayPal immediately limited my account and is asking for information regarding the physical item it has presumed I have supplied, and information regarding the supplier of that physical item, and I just... don't have that info due to the fact that I don't use my PayPal to buy and sell physical goods?

What would you advise me to do? Other than call PayPal, obviously, I've heard that getting limits on your account removed can be a whole ordeal.

I'm not sure if this will help you or not, usually when a limitation is places on your account it is because whomever sent you the money has either filed a complaint or a dispute.  I know this all too well.  I had someone who i thought was a really good friend of mine create and set up multiple PayPal accounts in my name and was using them to receive money.  She was making postings pretending to sell items and would receive funds and then never send anything.  as a result my account had limitations placed on it.  one of the accounts she created had a negative balance which i had to take care of before they would even think about lifting the limitations.  I have since paid off the balance but I am still waiting for the limitations to be lifted.  I know that it is different from your situation but the reason the limitations were put in place to begin with is because the people that sent the funds files a complaint or dispute, that is usually why limitations get placed.  You can try calling customer service and explaining the situation and see if they can help you in any way.  They didn't really help me any but every person and situation is different.  Good luck!!
