My account has been limited. Paypal wants me to confirm card but when I try to do it I have this error mssg : "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions." Money are on the card and I dont know what to do. I cant add my another card because paypal doesnt allow me to do this. Please Help
