I purchased 4 2TB USB drives from these people. NONE of them will hold data. As I copy files to them, they create an error. Running a Scan will temporarily allow more to be copied but when I try to get anything back off them, it says it needs to be repaired and the repair fails. I even tried formatting one of them with a full format to NTFS and it took over 6 DAYS to complete and still corruption. Started complaint in Resolution Center and like others have run into, they offer $5 back and then $10 and remind me that it will cost me more than $20 to send back. When I continued, they sent an address in Chinese that is invalid. I took it to the post office and they verified that it is not allowed. At this point in the Resolution Center, my only response allowed is to give a tracking number. PayPal has numerous complaints about this company yet they still defend them and don't refund money. I am very disappointed with what I thought was a safe way to pay for things. I am also VERY Disappointed in Facebook for not vetting their advertisers like they do members' posts.

Same issue here and unfortunately purchased 5 of these POS .  I used "BurnInTest" to check one of the drives and it reported that the true capacity was about 4GB.  Nanchang came back with the same $5 offer, followed by an $8 offer with the same $20 shipping advisement.  Elevated the resolution to Paypal.

I am still in process with Paypal. Seller sent return shipping info in Chinese. I had Paypal translate which took over a week and got this huge address to try to squeeze on to the post office Customs form and the Post Office typed in the address for the shipping label. Last update was that they had signed for it 7/10 and I am waiting for my refund. It cost ~ $35 to ship back and Paypal refunded $30 so hopefully, when I get my refund, I will only be out a few bucks. I bought some stuff for the toilet and they delivered a piece of crap. The resolution was return this piece of crap and the freight  was over the price of this crap. I guess this is a fraud sending crap to very low delivery costs (maybe in container) and when somebody wants to return it, the freight is more expensive and discourage than the item. Nanchang Etron Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd is a fraud. What Paypal needs to do is block completely this company. They are thieves.

I am in agreement that PayPal and Facebook should be blocking purchases from Nanchang Etron Electronic Commerce.  I noticed yesterday that these 2TB jump drives are showing up on Facebook again after no observations for over a month.
